Alan Rochman

Senior Lawyer

Alan graduated from Monash University in 1974 with a Bachelor of Jurisprudence and Bachelor of Laws. He spent 41 years as a sole practitioner and joined Nesh Legal Group in 2023, bringing exceptional depth in property law, estate planning, and business law.

Alan has extensive experience in large-scale subdivision projects including off-the-plan contract preparation, and has advised on business structures, trusts, and commercial and retail leasing throughout his distinguished career.
