Practice Manager

Alix is the Practice Manager at Nesh Legal, overseeing operations across Mornington Legal and Tragear & Harris Lawyers. Alix holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University (Clayton), majoring in Accounting and Finance, and has been a Chartered Accountant since 2016. She spent many years working in tax before moving into the legal sector, where she built a strong grounding in legal practice as a trust account specialist. She stepped into the Practice Manager role in 2026.

Her role covers trust accounting compliance, HR and payroll, practice management systems and operational strategy. With her background in accounting and compliance, she makes sure the firm runs efficiently, meets its regulatory obligations, and supports its lawyers in delivering excellent client service.

Alix is currently studying a Bachelor of Laws, which deepens her understanding of the legal work the firm does every day.
